Fees are quoted in the currency shown on the quotation and exclude applicable taxes unless the agreement states otherwise.

Project Scope and Revisions

Each project is scoped according to the requirements, deliverables, and acceptance criteria documented in the statement of work. Changes requested after kickoff may affect the cost and timeline; we will confirm any such change in writing before implementing it. Revision rounds and rates for additional work are those set out in the statement of work.

Fees, Refunds and Cancellation

Refunds and cancellation are governed by the engagement agreement or statement of work.

Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon full payment of all invoiced amounts, all intellectual property rights in the deliverables created specifically for the client transfer to the client. Until full payment is received, NexTecSol retains all rights, title, and interest in the deliverables. Pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, and third-party components used in the project remain the property of their respective owners. NexTecSol reserves the right to reference the project in our portfolio and case studies unless a confidentiality restriction is agreed in writing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse nextecsol.com. In particular, you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, interfere with its normal operation, submit false or misleading information through our forms, or use the site to infringe the rights of others or to distribute malicious code.
